Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your pre-booked session, that is OK. We understand that things come up and sometimes they are serious. That's why we won't charge you for a missed appointment if it happens once. However, if you know you can't make it and don't give us at least 24 hours notice then full payment will be requested as a fair exchange for the loss of business caused. Many thanks.
